I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude regarding my daughter and her visit to the Mayo Clinic in February 2025. We truly appreciated the opportunity to go to such a renowned institution and felt as though we received white glove concierge service throughout our experience. The staff was incredibly professional yet also personable, friendly, and caring. Jen was always available to answer my questions and provide information whenever I needed it. Everything was thoughtfully planned for us, from our comfortable lodging to our meals. Although we did not utilize the transportation that was offered, it was reassuring to know that it was available. The fact that we didn't have to worry about the costs of the hotel stay—usually a significant concern - along with our meals, incidentals, and lodging being covered, alleviated a lot of stress for us as a family. Thank you, Jen, and the entire Vault Cares team, for making this experience much less stressful than it could have been!
